Payment Method
1. Once you have completed the booking form, you can make payment to guarantee the reservation.
Please click on “BUY NOW “Button , fill your credit card details and press submit.

**Once the payment is confirmed, we will send you the voucher(s) within 24 hours **

2. If the requested tour is cancelled due the weather, you can get 100 % refund back to your credit card. Please view refund policy:

Refund Policy:

Cancellations Made in Advance:
•100% Refund: For cancellations made more than 1 month before the scheduled trip date.
•50% Refund: For cancellations made between 48 hours and 1 month before the scheduled trip date.
 
Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before the Trip or No-Show:
•No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip or for no-shows.
 
Cancellations Due to Weather:
•In the unlikely event that we must cancel your trip due to bad weather, we will offer you the option to reschedule or provide a full refund. Once you start your trip we can’t provide any refund
 
Last-Minute Illness or Inability to Attend:
•Unfortunately, if you fall sick last minute and are unable to attend, we cannot provide refunds or rescheduling, as all services for the day are pre-booked and paid for.
•If you wish to reschedule for another day, a new reservation and full payment will be required.
 

3. Your payment will be secured protection by a validated Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), certificates capable of 128-bit encryption where you can safely enter your credit card details in an encrypted environment. We value your privacy and will not share your personal information.

Cancellation policy


We do not charge for bookings that has not been confirmed. You will be change once the booking confirmed. However, if you wish to cancel your reservation once you have done the payment. Kindly find details below. If you cancel:

*Cancellations more than 30 days of the trip, no charge
*Cancellations within 30 days-48 hours of the trip, 50% of the total cost will be charged.
*Cancellations within 48 hours of the trip, 100% of the total cost will be charged.
*
Cancellations dur to last-minute illness or inability to attend
Unfortunately, if you fall sick last minute and are unable to attend, we cannot provide refunds or rescheduling, as all services for the day are pre-booked and paid for.
If you wish to reschedule for another day, a new reservation and full payment will be required.
*If we cancel the trips due to bad weather then you will not be charged. If a deposit has been taken, the money will be refunded.

Refund Policy
The refund will be made through your credit card. Additionally, the refund processing fee 5,5% per booking. it could take from 1-2 weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank’s practice.

How do I book?
Once you have decided to book the tour, kindly proceed with a booking by  click on the “BOOK  NOW”  button . Once the booking is completely submitted, make secure online payment and we will send you the confirmation voucher within 2 hours.

Is my booking available?
Once the booking is submitted, we will process your reservation immediately. In most cased all booking are available and confirmed. Otherwise indicated in the email.

How can I contact you?
You can either send us email and mentioned the booking reference number.

What if I don’t hear from you after I have made the booking request?
We respond to all booking requests immediately inmost cases.

Hotmail/Yahoo addresses
If you have a Hotmail or Yahoo email address, please check your junk mail folder as these providers often send emails/PDF’s straight there and not to your inbox.

How can I tell if you are a reputable company?
Visatravelphiphi.com is a registration website, it is subsidiary of Travel bays Network . We have registered with Department of Tourism.

What if I have special requests?
You can add special request on the booking form. We will do our best to success your request.

Are there any additional charges or hidden costs?
No there are no hidden costs.

I do not like giving my credit card details online
To assure that your credit card is safely submitted, we use Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL), and public-key security. During transmission of your credit card details, the encryption software will transfer your information from your browser to our server in an encrypted form that eliminates any possibility of the information being intercepted en route over the internet.  We use “ThaiEpay.com” as our payment gateway. AND also with PAYPAL.com

What if I do not have a credit card?
Please contact us for any alternatives by email or Whatsapp messenger.

What if I need to cancel or amend my booking?
Customer can cancel booking made, please just simple contact us via email. The refund/fee will be advised via email.
