Our private PLANKTON tour is a unique experience you can enjoy in Phi Phi Island. This tour is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the privacy and comfort of their private boat. You can choose your departure time and duration of the trip, 4 hours or to 5 hours.
You will experience the traditional long-tail boat called Ruea Hang Yao which fisherman around Thailand has been using for centuries.
Our captain we take you first to some lovely locations around Phi Phi Islands for swimming and snorkeling. The itinerary depends on the weather, time of the year and the tide. During high season we explore Nui Bay and Wang Long Bay and during monsoon season from May- November we explore the Phi Phi Lay route, or west side of Phi Phi Don.
After the sunset, our captain will take you to the tip of the Phi Phi Don Island, where you can jump into the sea and enjoy night swimming with bioluminescent plankton. When disturbing the plankton by moving around it lights up and you can witness glowing lights around your whole body.
You will return to the port around 19.30.

This private tour can accommodate up to 8 people and includes snorkeling equipment (mask&snorkel), water, pineapple and life jackets. You are welcome to bring on board anything you like- snacks or drinks. Please let us know ahead if you require a cool box with ice.
THE ALL ITINERARIES AND PROGRAMS BELLOW ARE ONLY AN OUTLINE FOR YOU TO GET AN EXAMPLE OF THE DAY AND IDEA ABOUT THE LOCATIONS. EACH DAY MIGHT BE DIFFERENT, DEPENDING ON WEATHER CONDITION, WIND, TIDE AND SEASON. THE TRIP MIGHT BE DIFFERENT DURING HIGH AND LOW SEASON. THE ORDER OF THE STOPS IS NOT SET AND CAN CHANGE.
• Meeting in our office in Koh Phi Phi (you will receive detailed directions where to find us after completing your booking). You can choose the departure time of your trip.
• Nui Bay swimming or snorkeling.
• 18:00- 18:30 Wang Long Bay to enjoy sunset views.
• 19:00-19:30 on the way back we stop to enjoy the night swimming with bioluminescent plankton.

WE CAN NOT CONTROL THE WEATHER. All tour programs and itinerary orders can be changed depending on the weather, wind and tide. All our itineraries and programs are only suggestions and ideas. However, the captain has to check during the day if possible to follow. Your SAFETY is our main priority, and if waves are too big there might be a change of program. From May to November there is an official monsoon season in the south of Thailand. In case of rain before your trip or at the time of the departure, you can cancel and get a full refund, or change for another day (if available). Once you start your trip, we can not provide any refund or partial refund, or change.
We can not predict the weather and it can change suddenly. If you think bad weather would ruin your trip, please reconsider booking a trip with us. Thailand has a tropical climate that can not be predicted. We can not provide any compensation for rainy weather or change in locations. During monsoon season May- November, the program for the locations has to change, Nui Bay and Wang Long Bay is usually inaccessible due to strong wind so we go to Phi Phi Lay Island instead.
Another aspect that may affect your trip is the tide. During very low tide, boats can not get to the lagoon, and during high tide there is no beach in Monkey Beach. Please keep all this in mind when making reservations with us.
WE CAN NOT CONTROL THE NATURE. We can not affect if there will be any monkeys on Monkey Beach, Sharks, or jellyfish in the sea. We live on a beautiful island surrounded by beautiful nature which is wild and unpredictable. On some days we see monkeys, small sharks, turtles, or even dolphins. Some days we don’t see any monkeys, the visibility underwater is not good, and snorkeling is not so great. This is nature and we can not predict, or compensate for any lack of wild animals or nature phenomena. Some days we see a lot of plankton, and some days none, it can not be predicted.
Children below 3 years are free of charge. Children 10 years and older are full price.
REFUND POLICY: Our refund policy is a 100% refund if canceled up until 1 month of the date you are booked to come and 50% if you cancel between 48h and 1 month before the date of your trip. Cancelation of your booking less than 48 hours before or no show is no refund. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to bad weather, we will attempt to reschedule or offer you a full refund.
