HOW DOES THE PRIVATE BOAT RENTAL FROM KRABI WORK
Are you staying in Krabi or Aonang, but do you want to experience the longtail boat trip around the most beautiful locations in Thailand?
No problem! We have a special package which includes pick up from your hotel in Krabi and transfer by join speedboat to Phi Phi Island. After your arrival, our captain will be waiting for you in our office at the Phi Phi Pier.
When you are ready you can start your 4-hour, or 6-hour long tour around the famous Phi Phi Lay Island. We start the trip with a quick visit to Monkey Beach, where you can spot wild monkeys playing on the beach and jumping on the walls of limestone cliffs. You will then cross over to Phi Phi Island, where you can enjoy beautiful snorkeling at Viking Cave, swim in the azure water of Phi Lay Lagoon, and visit the world-famous Maya Bay national park. The Beach is a famous location in the movie The Beach with Leonardo Dicaprio. When you are ready to come back, our captain will take you back to the pier, or if have some time left we can also stop at Shark Point for another snorkeling and swimming spot. For one day trip you will also visit more locations around Phi Phi Don island. The itinerary depends on the time of the year and weather condition.
This trip is private, so you can choose how much or how little you want to snorkel and how long you want to stay in each location.

*During monsoon season, May-November, we have to check for the wind conditions, usually we won’t be able to go to Nui Bay and Wang Long, so we replace with different locations around Phi Phi Don.
For 6-h trip you will going back to Krabi at 17:00.
When you arrive back to Krabi port, you’ll be taken back to your hotel by minivan.
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA FEES TO PAY?
Yes, if you wish to visit Maya Bay or Bamboo Island there is a national park entry to pay. The entry for one day is 400THB per person and 200THB for a child, small children can usually enter for free. So please, do not forget to bring cash with you.
We include water, fruit, and snorkeling equipment (mask&snorkel) and lunch for you. You can bring some snacks or drinks with you (there is a 7/11 shop at the pier where you can buy some drinks and snacks), we have a cooler box with ice on the boat.
All you need to do is to bring a towel and sunglasses and enjoy a day in paradise!
If you’d like to do a longer tour then we advise you to stay in Koh Phi Phi overnight and book one of our private or group trips for seven or more hours, Early Bird or Sunset tour.

9:00- arriving at Marina Pier or Aonang Pier.

FOR HALF DAY TRIP:
10:40-14:40- your private long tail boat trip with our captain. Visiting famous sites around Phi Phi Lay, Maya Bay, Lagoon, Monkey Beach and Viking Cave. Enjoying beautiful scenery, snorkeling, swimming, and relaxing on Maya Bay.

15:00- speedboat back to Krabi (let us know ahead, if you’d like to stay longer on the island, you can also take back the 17:00 boat)
16:00- arrival at Krabi or Aonang pier, and transfer back to your hotel.

10:45-16:45- your private long tail boat trip with our captain. Visiting famous sites around Phi Phi Lay, Maya Bay, Lagoon, Monkey Beach, Viking Cave, Wang Long Bay and Nuy Bay. Enjoying beautiful scenery, snorkeling, swimming, and relaxing on Maya Bay. The itinerary depends on the time of the year and weather condition.
17:00- speedboat to Aonang departure
18:00- arrival at Ao Naam Mao pier and join transfer to your hotel

WE CAN NOT CONTROL THE WEATHER. All tour programs and itinerary orders can be changed depending on the weather, wind and tide. All our itineraries and programs are only suggestions and ideas. However, the captain has to check during the day if possible to follow. Your SAFETY is our main priority, and if waves are too big there might be a change of program. From May to November there is an official monsoon season in the south of Thailand. If there is a rain during your hotel pick up time, please contact us by WhatsApp to see if there is a possibility to change for another day. In case you decide to cancel due to rain on the day of your trip, we won’t be able to refund your travel vouchers to the island, but we can refund your long tail boat trip.
We can not predict the weather and it can change suddenly. If you think bad weather would ruin your trip, please reconsider booking a trip with us. Thailand has a tropical climate that can not be predicted. We can not provide any compensation for rainy weather or change in locations. During monsoon season most days, the boat trip does not visit the east side of Phi Phi Don (Wang Long Bay and Nui Bay). On some windy days, we can not get to Bamboo Island as the island is a bit further from the main island. We do not offer a refund if the boat can not get to Bamboo Island or other locations during the trip due to strong wind. Another aspect that may affect your trip is the tide. During very low tide, boats can not get to the lagoon, and during high tide there is no beach in Monkey Beach. Please keep all this in mind when making reservations with us.
WE CAN NOT CONTROL THE NATURE. We can not affect if there will be any monkeys on Monkey Beach, Sharks, or jellyfish in the sea. We live on a beautiful island surrounded by beautiful nature which is wild and unpredictable. On some days we see monkeys, small sharks, turtles, or even dolphins. Some days we don’t see any monkeys, the visibility underwater is not good, and snorkeling is not so great. This is nature and we can not predict, or compensate for any lack of wild animals.
Children below 3 years are free of charge. Children 10 years and older are full price.
REFUND POLICY: Our refund policy is a 100% refund if canceled up until 1 month of the date you are booked to come and 50% if you cancel between 48h and 1 month before the date of your trip. Cancelation of your booking less than 48 hours before or no show is no refund. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to bad weather, we will attempt to reschedule or offer you a full refund.
