⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR TRIP
🌦️ IMPORTANT: Weather & Nature Disclaimer
We love sharing the beauty of Phi Phi with our guests, but Mother Nature has the final say. All of our tour programs are flexible and subject to change depending on weather, wind, tides, and sea conditions. Your safety is always our top priority.
⚠️ Please Note:
Itineraries are suggestions and may change based on conditions during the day.
Captains may adjust routes to ensure your safety and comfort.
From May to November, southern Thailand experiences the official monsoon season. Once the boat has departed, no refunds can be offered. Sudden weather changes are a natural part of tropical island life.
We do not provide refunds for route changes caused by weather, tides, or sea conditions.
Please note that we do NOT cancel trips due to cloudy weather or light rain. Trips are only canceled in the event of storms or unsafe conditions prior to the start of the trip. If you feel your experience could be affected by weather, please consider this before making booking.
🌊 Important Note About Nature & Wildlife
We are lucky to live on a stunning tropical island surrounded by wild and unpredictable nature — and that’s part of the magic of Phi Phi! However, please understand that we cannot guarantee sightings of wildlife or ideal snorkeling or scuba diving conditions. Nature is not a zoo or aquarium, and every day is different.
🐠 What to Expect Underwater
Some days we enjoy crystal-clear visibility and spot amazing marine life like blacktip reef sharks, sea turtles, and even the rare whale shark or dolphins. 🦈🐬 Other days, visibility may be lower and fewer big species appear — that’s just how nature works.
This is the beauty of exploring a natural environment — it’s always real, never staged.
Thank you for understanding that we cannot provide compensation or refunds for natural variations or the absence of wildlife during your trip.
👶🤰🏻 Children & Pregnancy POLICY and MEDICAL
This trip is not suitable for children under 10 years old, pregnant woman and anyone with a serious medical conditions.
