- When deciding what time to leave from Koh Phi Phi to catch your flight, please allow yourself minimum 3 hours to arrive in Krabi Airport. The boat journey takes two hours and a taxi or minivan takes around 40 minutes from Krabi pier to the airport.

Check-in time for boat transfer is 30 minutes before the departure at the main Phi Phi island pier. After purchasing your ticket online you will receive an electronic confirmation for your booking and directions to our office. When arriving in Koh Phi Phi you can come anytime to collect the printed version of your booking or your tickets.

• 50% Refund: For cancellations made between 48 hours and 1 month before the scheduled trip date.

• No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip or for no-shows.
Cancellations Due to Weather:
• In the unlikely event that we must cancel your trip due to bad weather, we will offer you the option to reschedule or provide a full refund. Once you start your trip we can’t provide any refund
Last-Minute Illness or Inability to Attend:
• Unfortunately, if you fall sick last minute and are unable to attend, we cannot provide refunds or rescheduling, as all services for the day are pre-booked and paid for.
• If you wish to reschedule for another day, a new reservation and full payment will be required.
