Our Plankton Tour Phi Phi is a half-day trip on the traditional long-tail boat called Ruea Hang Yao which fisherman around Thailand has been using for centuries. The captain will take you around Phi Phi Lay Island and you will visit and stop in each location for swimming or snorkeling.
The stops are: Monkey Beach, Viking Cave, Phi Lay Lagoon, Loh Samah Bay and Maya Bay.
You can enjoy snorkeling, swimming in the bays and visit the most beautiful and famous beach in Thailand.
After watching the beautiful SUNSET, the tour finishes with an amazing experience-
the night swimming with bioluminescent PLANKTON.
The national park fee is not included in the price of the tour, please don’t forget to bring 400THB per person.

• 14:00 Meeting in our office in Koh Phi Phi (you will receive detailed directions where to find us after completing your booking).
• 14:30 Monkey Beach to see wild monkeys.
• 15:00- 15:30 Viking Cave to take a photo, you can see the bamboo ladders which are used for collecting the bird nest.
• 15:30-16:30 Phi Lay Lagoon, swimming in a beautiful blue lagoon, inside of the limestone cliffs pool
• 16:30-17:30 Maya Bay, one hour on the beach, relaxing
• 18:30-19:30 On the way back we stop to see the sunset and you can enjoy the night swimming with bioluminescent plankton

WE CAN NOT CONTROL THE WEATHER. All tour programs and itinerary orders can be changed depending on the weather, wind and tide. All our itineraries and programs are only suggestions and ideas. However, the captain has to check during the day if possible to follow. Your SAFETY is our main priority, and if waves are too big there might be a change of program. From May to November there is an official monsoon season in the south of Thailand. In case of rain before your trip or at the time of the departure, you can cancel and get a full refund, or change for another day (if available). Once you start your trip, we can not provide any refund or partial refund, or change.
We can not predict the weather and it can change suddenly. If you think bad weather would ruin your trip, please reconsider booking a trip with us. Thailand has a tropical climate that can not be predicted. We can not provide any compensation for rainy weather or change in locations. Another aspect that may affect your trip is the tide. During very low tide, boats can not get to the lagoon, and during high tide there is no beach in Monkey Beach. Please keep all this in mind when making reservations with us.
WE CAN NOT CONTROL THE NATURE. We can not affect if there will be any monkeys on Monkey Beach, Sharks, or jellyfish in the sea. We live on a beautiful island surrounded by beautiful nature which is wild and unpredictable. On some days we see monkeys, small sharks, turtles, or even dolphins. Some days we don’t see any monkeys, the visibility underwater is not good, and snorkeling is not so great. This is nature and we can not predict, or compensate for any lack of wild animals or nature phenomena. Some days we see a lot of plankton, and some days none, it can not be predicted.
Children below 3 years are free of charge. Children 10 years and older are full price.
REFUND POLICY:
Cancellations Made in Advance:
• 100% Refund: For cancellations made more than 1 month before the scheduled trip date.
• 50% Refund: For cancellations made between 48 hours and 1 month before the scheduled trip date.
Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before the Trip or No-Show:
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip or for no-shows.
Cancellations Due to Weather:
• In the unlikely event that we must cancel your trip due to bad weather, we will offer you the option to reschedule or provide a full refund. Once you start your trip we can’t provide any refund
Last-Minute Illness or Inability to Attend:
• Unfortunately, if you fall sick last minute and are unable to attend, we cannot provide refunds or rescheduling, as all services for the day are pre-booked and paid for.
• If you wish to reschedule for another day, a new reservation and full payment will be required.
