- When planning your departure from Koh Phi Phi to catch a flight from Krabi Airport, please allow a minimum of 3 hours for the journey. The boat ride takes approximately 2 hours, followed by a 40-minute taxi or minivan transfer from Krabi Pier to the airport.
Check-in for the boat transfer is required 30 minutes before departure at the main pier on Phi Phi Island.

Cancellations Made in Advance:
100% Refund for cancellations made more than 1 month before the scheduled trip date.
50% Refund for cancellations made between 48 hours and 1 month before the scheduled trip date.
Cancellations Less Than 48 Hours Before the Trip or No-Show:
No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip or for no-shows.
Cancellations Due to Weather:
If we need to cancel your trip due to bad weather, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Please note: Once your trip has started, no refund can be provided.
Last-Minute Illness or Inability to Attend:
Unfortunately, if you become ill or are unable to attend at the last minute, no refund or rescheduling can be offered, as all services are pre-booked and paid for.
If you wish to reschedule for another day, a new reservation and full payment will be required.
