- There is no half day trip available for Phi Phi island as the location is far away, however this is a private trip and you can decide to come back to Krabi earlier. You can inform our staff.

WE CAN NOT CONTROL THE WEATHER. All tour programs and itinerary orders can be changed depending on the weather, wind and tide. All our itineraries and programs are only suggestions and ideas. However, the captain has to check during the day if possible to follow. Your SAFETY is our main priority, and if waves are too big there might be a change of program. From May to November there is an official monsoon season in the south of Thailand.
We can not predict the weather and it can change suddenly. If you think bad weather would ruin your trip, please reconsider booking a trip with us. Thailand has a tropical climate that can not be predicted. We can not provide any compensation for rainy weather or change in locations.
WE CAN NOT CONTROL THE NATURE. We can not affect if there will be any monkeys on Monkey Beach, Sharks, or jellyfish in the sea. We live on a beautiful island surrounded by beautiful nature which is wild and unpredictable. On some days we see monkeys, small sharks, turtles, or even dolphins. Some days we don’t see any monkeys, the visibility underwater is not good, and snorkeling is not so great. This is nature and we can not predict, or compensate for any lack of wild animals.
Speed boat tours are not recommended for pregnant women, children under 3 year old and for severely ill or affected individuals (e.g. asthma, heart condition).
REFUND POLICY: Our refund policy is a 100% refund if canceled up until 1 month of the date you are booked to come and 50% if you cancel between 48h and 1 month before the date of your trip. Cancelation of your booking less than 48 hours before or no show is no refund. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to bad weather, we will attempt to reschedule or offer you a full refund.
